Evansville Tonight is operated by PrettyFly.ai LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect on evansvilletonight.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you subscribe, we collect your email address and, only if you choose to provide it, your phone number. Our site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics to count visits; we do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
Your email is used to send the updates you signed up for. Your phone number is used only if you expressly checked the text-alert box, and only for the alerts described at signup, such as a text when the West Side Nut Club publishes its new Munchie Map. Message frequency is low. Message and data rates may apply.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who touches it
We use service providers to run the newsletter and deliver text messages. They process your information only to provide those services for us.
Data security
These are our data security practices. The site is served over HTTPS, so anything you type reaches us encrypted in transit. We keep as little as possible: an email address, and a phone number only if you asked for texts. Access is limited to Alex and the service providers named above, each of which holds the data under its own security controls. We do not store payment details for subscribers, and we do not keep copies of your information beyond what is needed to send what you signed up for. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect the minimum that lets us do the job.
Opting out
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. For texts, reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. To have your information deleted, email us and we will remove it.
