Evansville Tonight (evansvilletonight.com) is a free local guide operated by PrettyFly.ai LLC. By using the site or subscribing to our updates you agree to these terms.
The guide
Our content, including the Fall Fest Food Finder, is compiled from published sources and our own reporting. The Fall Fest guide is an independent, unofficial companion built from the festival's published materials; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the West Side Nut Club. Details like booths, menus, times, and prices can change without notice, so verify anything that matters in person.
Text alerts (SMS program)
Our text alerts, including Fall Fest map alerts, are an opt-in program: you join by checking the consent box on our signup form and providing your number. Message frequency varies and is low, typically a few messages per season. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help, or contact us at alex@prettyflyforai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for text alerts. This service is not directed to anyone under 18. You must also be the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission.
Fair use
The site is provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made from the information here. Do not scrape, misuse, or disrupt the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, where PrettyFly.ai LLC is organized.
